We had a really good and busy Thanksgiving. My grandparents and my sister and her family were in town for the holiday, so we tried to visit both families. Needless to say we were extremely well-fed. I think we all felt the stomach pains of being over-fed. I love Thanksgiving, and I love my Mom's traditional food. My brother wants the same food for Christmas. Yea! I am excited to eat it again.
Nathan has really been talking more lately, but not as much as we would hope. I think all of us are getting frustrated with the lack of communication. He is good at pointing and saying, "yes", "no", "I want that", "Mom", "Amen" and mumbling. He can usually get what he wants, but we'd really like him to have a larger vocabulary. We're probably just impatient first parents. Every kid is going to be different, I guess.
We got family pictures the day before Thanksgiving. We went because they had a really good special going, but the special was only good on one pose, and we got sucked in to buying a big package, because there were too many cute pictures of Nathan, and you can't order them later unless you get a CD with your package. Jon had a hard time accepting the cost of pictures, but I think it was worth it. We probably won't do that again for a while though.
Here are some of the SO CUTE pictures.

I love this picture because he looks like such a sweet well-behaved little boy. But... appearances are sometimes deceiving. :) He really is a good boy.
