October Highlights

A beautiful surprise one day when Jon came home from work one day with these.
He is so sweet!!

My sister came the first weekend in October and we made these.
The family's names in scrabble tiles decorated on a scrapbook page and then put in a shadowbox frame. It was fun, and I thought it turned out cute.

Jon's Birthday was on the 9th. He wanted dinner with Chocolate cake & Rocky road Ice Cream. He bought lots of tools and other 'guy stuff' with his birthday money. I am so grateful for him and for all of the sacrifices that he makes for our family. It is so meaningful to me to have a day to celebrate his life!

More Halloween...

These first pictures are of Nathan when I went to pick him up from his Halloween party at preschool. They were just finishing up snack time.




The rest of the pictures were taken at Jenice & Ben's annual Halloween party for the kids. Nathan was having a hard day, but this was the first time Matthew wore his costume, and I loved it!! Everyone else must have to because he won Best Costume! My cute little lion!




They are so cute together. Nathan is always trying to get Matthew to laugh and smile. And he can usually do it better than everyone else. They truly love each other. I'm not sure I have ever seen two brothers who are so affectionate with each other. I sure do love them!!
