I Love These Girls!

Friday night, I got together with some girl friends from high school. Meliss came into town from Kentucky, and it was great to see her after such a long time. I wish that we could all spend time together more often! We had tons of fun together and I can't wait to see them all again!

Here's a picture of us reuniting after our freshman year of college :)
Thanks to Brooke for organizing everything. Thanks girls for such a fun time. I hope we get together again before too long. Love you all!

Fun with the Gagikean Family

A family from Jon's mission... the Gagikean Family, came into town this week for their son's marriage, and were sealed in the temple as a family. It was awesome to visit with them and to see Jon reunite with them after such a long time apart.

When Jon and I went to Moldova a couple months after we were married, I loved visiting with the members there and getting to know such wonderful people. I don't think there are people like them anywhere else. The most Christ-like people I've met are in Moldova!

The Wedding Reception
We didn't get the message about when the wedding reception was until late in the evening, so we barely made it in time to see the family, but we were grateful that we got to go and see them!

Sunday Dinner
We invited the Gagkiean's over for Sunday dinner. We also invited Alex Lowry (one of Jon's mission companions) and his family (Diane and McKayla). We had a really great time.

Bowling

We went bowling for Kayla's (my sister) birthday. We got some cute pictures of Nathan, so I thought I'd share.

Here is Nathan with Grandpa cheering everyone on!
This is me helping Nathan bowl... not the most flattering photo.
This is Nathan really excited after his turn!
More Excitement! "Yea!"

Trying to be patient , waiting for his turn.

It was a lot of work going bowling with a 2 year-old but for the first time (and without Dad there to help) it was pretty successful.

I'm behind

I'm more behind than I thought on posting some pictures. So sorry for the sudden surge in posts...
